Wi-Fi Service Update and Request for Feedback
We at Boston Express are concerned about the dependability issues that have arisen since a new onboard Wi-Fi system was installed a few months ago. We have been working to resolve these problems since they first showed up, and are committed to seeing through a solution that works - as was our original intention.
We understand the frustration that is caused when the system does not operate correctly. We hope that, with your help, we can identify ongoing problems, as well as successes, to get the whole fleet working properly in a more timely fashion.
We have added a section to our website called "Wi-Fi Feedback" along the left hand side of the page on the Contact Us page of our site. We encourage you to send us your input; good/bad/indifferent experiences are all welcome and helpful!
Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we continue to improve the onboard Wi-Fi system.

Important Notice re: Tyngsboro
Weekday Travelers - Please note the following:
On weekdays (Monday-Friday) all passengers traveling out of the Tyngsboro, MA location on the 7:15 pm bus MUST pay the driver with cash (exact change) or have a printed ticket in hand to travel. No exceptions. Credit cards will not be accepted. Tickets may also be purchased from our online store prior to travel and must be printed for use. The Tyngsboro agency will be open for normal operating hours (6:00 am - 7:15 pm) on weekends.
*** NEW *** I-93 Schedule!
Effective May 12, 2013
Boston Express has made changes to the I-93 schedule (servicing North Londonderry-Exit 5, Londonderry-Exit 4 and Salem-Exit 2), to be effective on Sunday, May 12.
Changes of note are:
* The 8:30AM from North Londonderry-Exit 5 now goes to Salem-Exit 2, and will operate the commuter loop.
* The former 8:45AM from Londonderry-Exit 4 will be leaving at 8:50AM and will also be a commuter loop bus.
* Arrival times in Boston have been adjusted to reflect traffic delays/travel time for most Northbound schedules, as well as the 6:30 AM Southbound from North Londonderry-Exit 5 and Slem-Exit 2
